Ella Vaupel Logan
1887-1920
Mrs. Ella Vaupel-Logan, wife of Gilbert Logan, of Cincinnati township, died Sunday at 12:10 o’clock at the home of her father, John Vaupel, in Cincinnati township, after a long illness, death being due to lung trouble. She was a daughter of John and Emma Gainer-Vaupel, and was born in Cincinnati township, February 1, 1887. Her marriage to Gilbert Young (suppose to be Logan) occurred in Pekin September 30, 1914. Her mother preceded  her in death a number of years ago, and she is survived by her husband, father, two children, Leslie and Thelma; three brothers, Charles M., Ernest C., and John E Vaupel, and two sisters, Mrs. George Young and Mrs. William Long jr, both of  Elm Grove township. Funeral services will be held at the Woodrow Union Church, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Rev. Ballinger of Tremont will officiate and interment will be in Woodrow cemetery.
